الحماية الجنائية لحق المستهلك الإلكتروني في الإعلام في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: إن الالتزام بالإعلام واحد من أبرز الآليات القانونية التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري في مجال حماية المستهلك في المعاملات الإلكترونية، حيث يكون المستهلك الإلكتروني أكثر جهل من حيث مصدر السلعة التي يود شراؤها أو مواصفاتها، وكذلك شخصية المنتج أو الموزع أو مقدم الخدمة، لكون المستهلك لا يقوم بمعاينة المنتوج معاينة حقيقية، بل تقع رؤية المشتري للمنتوج عبر شبكة الأنترنت عبر وسائل مرئية أخرى، ورتب عن مخالفته قيام المسؤولية الجزائية للمورد الإلكتروني من خلال قانون التجارة الإلكترونية.
