Résumé: This study aims to try to identify knowledge management and the development of human resources management in the Oran Port Corporation EPO, and also to identify knowledge management processes and their most important models, human resource management models and their most important functions, as it used a sample estimated at 22 employees, and this study was approved The descriptive analytical method was used, and the interview and questionnaire were used to collect data and information. One of the most important findings of the study is that knowledge management helps employees, as it plays a major role in building organizations and making employees more flexible, as well as supporting and increasing customer satisfaction
