Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع حق الطفل في الإعلام، من خلال تتبع تطور مسار الاعتراف بالحقوق العامة للطفل؛ على اعتبارها فئة تسترعي اهتماما خاصا، وتفرض على المجتمعات سن قوانين وتشريعات، تتماشى واحتياجات الطفل ومتطلبات عصره، الذي يميزه تشبع محيطه الاجتماعي بمختلف تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، وموقف الدول من الحقوق الإعلامية للطفل ودراسة واقعها في الجزائر من خلال مختلف قوانين الإعلام. This paper researching the right of the child to the media by tracing the evolution of the process of recognizing the general rights of the child; as a group necessitate that societies to enact laws and legislation that are compatible with the needs and request of the child. And position of States on the media rights of the child and the study of their reality in Algeria through various media laws.
