التمكين الهيكلي وعلاقته بسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية - دراسة ميدانية بوكالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي بالجلفة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التمكين الهيكلي وعلاقته بسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية، لدى العاملين في الوكالة الوطنية للصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية بالجلفة، حيث تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتم توزيع الاستبانة عشوائيا على(48) عامل من أصل(79) عاملاً. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى ادراك متوسط للتمكين الهيكلي، ومستوى ادراك مرتفع لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، كما تبين وجود علاقة بين كل بين التمكين الهيكلي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. The study aims to identify the level of structural empowerment and its relationship to organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of the National Agency for the National Fund for Social Insurance in Djelfa, where a questionnaire was used to collect data and information, and the questionnaire was randomly distributed to (48) workers out of (79) workers. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a medium level of awareness of structural empowerment, and a high level of awareness of organizational citizenship behavior, as it was found that there is a relationship between each between structural empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior.
