أثر الصمت التنظيمي في أبعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة ميدانية بوكالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء بالوادي Cnas

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الصمت التنظيمي في سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية بأبعاده الخمسة (الايثار، الكياسة، الروح الرياضية، وعي الضمير، السلوك الحضاري) لدى العاملين بوكالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء بالوادي CNAS، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذا استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتمت باستخدام التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات اعتمادا على البرنامج الإحصائي (25SPSS.)، حيث شملت الدراسة 54 استمارة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستويات لأبعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، وعدم وجود علاقة أثر بين الصمت التنظيمي وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وكذا عدم وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة احصائية بين الصمت التنظيمي مع كل بعد من أبعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. This study aims to highlight the effect of organizational silence on organizational citizenship behaviors in its five dimensions (altruism, civility, sportsmanship, conscience awareness, civilized behavior) among employees of the National Fund for Social Security for Paid Workers in El oued (CNAS of Eloued). In order to achieve the goal of the study, the study based on the descriptive analytical approach, As well as the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data, and was done using statistical analysis of data based on the statistical program (SPSS.25). The study included 54 forms. The study found that there are levels of organizational citizenship behavior dimensions, the absence of an impact relationship between organizational silence and organizational citizenship behavior in the enterprise, as well as the absence of a statistically significant impact relationship between organizational silence with each dimension of organizational citizenship behavior.
