الإحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة الطور الأول الإبتدائي في كيفية التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم النمائية
Résumé: ملخص : تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة الطور الأول الإبتدائي في كيفية التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم النمائية (الإنتباه، الذاكرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي، وقمنا بتطوير إستبانة الإحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة الطور الإبتدائي في كيفية التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم النمائية، وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية بلغت (54) أستاذ وأستاذة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة الطور الأول الإبتدائي في كيفية التعامل مع التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم النمائية مرتفع. Abstract: The present study aims to identify the training needs level for the teachers of first primary stage in how to deal with students with developmental learning disabilities (attention disabilities, memory disabilities). To achieve the study's objectives, we used the descriptive exploratory approach and we developed a questionnaire of teachers training needs in the first primary stage in how to deal with students with developmental learning disabilities, and it was distributed to a random sample of (54) male and female teachers. The study reaches that the training needs level for teachers to deal with developmental learning disabilities students is high.
