Foreign Direct Investment As One Of The International Distribution Mechanisms To Achieve The Competitive Advantage – Case Of Algeria 2002-2017–

Résumé: Abstract: This study aims at discuss one of the most important subjects of today, the foreign direct investment and the competitive advantage, where great importance is given to it, most companies are urged to take partnership with foreign companies to be protected from dangers or threats of competition, the study has concluded that foreign investment has a vital role to improve competition through improving the skills or capacities through training that employees receive, it has also a role to help the local companies take a part in the international market on the other hand the foreign investment has some inconvenient directed to the local companies which can take them out of the market. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تناول أحد الموضوعات الهامة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و الميزة التنافسية ، حيث تنامى الاهتمام به نظرا لاشتداد المنافسة في مختلق القطاعات, الامر الذي يستدعي من معظم الشركات على الدخول في شراكة مع الشركات الأجنبية لتكون محمية من مخاطر أو تهديدات المنافسة, و من بين اهم ما خلصت اليه الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر له دور ايجابي في دعم الميزة التنافسية وذلك عن طريق زيادة المهارات الأساسية من خلال التعليم والتدريب الذي يتلقاه الموظفون من المؤسسات المستثمرة, كما له دور في المؤسسات المحلية لحجز جانبا في الأسواق الدولية مما يحقق لها ميزة تنافسية, كما ان الاستثمار الاجنبي قد يحتوي على بعض السلبيات بتشكيله خطرا لبعض المؤسسات المحلية وذلك بإخراجهم من السوق.
