الفقر و ظاهرة التسول في المجتمع الجزائري دراسة ميدانية بولايتي سطيف والجزائر أنموذجا

Résumé: عالجت الدراسة الفقر وظاهرة التسول، من خلال تناولها لبعض المتسولين في مدينتي سطيف والجزائر. وهدفت إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين إشكالية الفقر وظاهرة التسول، وإلى أي مدى يساهم الفقر في انتشار التسول، وقد اعتمدت على عدد من الأسئلة أهمها: هل الفقر هو العامل الأساسي لظاهرة التسول في المجتمع؟ و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل الظاهرة، مع استعانة الباحث بعدد من الأدوات منها، الملاحظة، و استمارة بالمقابلة، وتم ذلك باختيار أسلوب العينة القصدية، وقد شملت الدراسة 170 حالة. وتوصلنا إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أنها انتقلت من الاحتياج إلى الاحتيال ومن السلوك العفوي إلى الممارسة الاجتماعية المنظمة. وكشفت عن عدد كبير من الفقراء مستهم الحاجة مم أدى إلى استفحال ظاهرة التسول. Abstract: The study dealt with poverty and the phenomenon of beggary, by addressing some of the beggars in the cities of Setif and Algeria. It aimed to reveal the relationship between the problem of poverty and the phenomenon of beggary, and to what extent poverty contributes to the spread of poverty Beggary, and it relied on a number of questions, the most important of which are: Is poverty the main factor in the phenomenon of beggary in society? The study relied on the descriptive approach to describe and analyze the phenomenon, with the researcher's use of a number of tools Including, observation, and an interview form, and this was done by choosing the intentional sampling method, and the study included 170 cases. We reached a number of results, the most important of which are: It has moved from the need for fraud and from spontaneous behavior to practice social organization. It revealed a large number of the poor, despairing of need, which led to the exacerbation of the phenomenon of beggary.
