التنظيم القانوني للمصنفات الموسيقية
Résumé: تعد الموسيقى نوع من الفنون تهتم بصناعة الأنغام وتنظيم العلاقات بينها، ودراسة الإيقاعات وأوزانها، ونظرا لأهمية الموسيقى وانتشارها الواسع وارتباطها بالعديد من الفنون كالغناء والمسرح والرقص، أصبح لزاما وضع منظومة قانونية لحماية المصنف الموسيقي ومالكه. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تحديد مفهوم المصنف الموسيقي وكيفية حمايته من جميع الاعتداءات التي قد تقع عليه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفن؛ اللحن الموسيقى؛ الإيقاع؛ الإبداع ؛ اليوتوب. Abstract: Music is a type of art concerned with making rhythms, organizing the relationships between them, and studying rhythms and their weights. In view of the importance of music, its wide spread and its association with many arts such as singing, theater and dance, it became necessary to establish a legal system to protect the musical work and its owner. Therefore, through this research paper, we will try to define the concept of the musical work and how to protect it from all attacks that may fall on it.
