Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور متكامل عن تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر نحو منطقة المينا "MENA" في ظل تحرير التجارة الدولية، والجهود المبذولة من طرف مجموعة دول المنطقة لاستقطابه والرفع من حجم تدفقاته نحو اقتصادات المنطقة في ظل تنافس عالمي على جذب وتوطين الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة. وقد تم التركيز على الدور المهم الذي يؤثر به الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في المنطقة، لكون الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر مصدر من مصادر التمويل طويلة الأجل، ومكمل للادخار المحلي، وأداة محركة للنمو الاقتصادي، ومؤشر على درجة الانفتاح الاقتصادي. وبذلك إضافة إلى كونه خالق للثروة، فهو بديل عن الاقتراض من المؤسسات المالية الدولية. Abstract: This study aims to build an integrated vision of FDI flows towards MENA region with the liberalization of international trade, and the efforts exerted by the Group of countries in the region to attract and increase the volume of its flows towards the economies of the region in light of global competition to attract and settle foreign direct investments. Emphasis was placed on the important role that foreign direct investment affects economic growth in the region, as FDI is a source of long-term financing, complementary the domestic savings, an engine of economic growth and an indicator of the degree of economic openness. In addition to being a creator of wealth, it is an alternative to borrowing from international financial institutions.
