Résumé: Banks are considered to be efficient and reliable instruments in the development of variou economic sectors,as they no longer do their chassic business as a financial intermediary,but they do several other tasks in the modern.markt –based economy in a large part of the financing. Islamic banking is characterized by self-characteristics stemming from the nature of its work, which makes it capable of facing risk and the tendency to stability. because its methods of work are baesd on real ,not imaginary, assets. In order to achieve the objective of research and anwer the problem of the study and test the validity of hypotheses, was followed analytical descriptive hypothesis. The studyconcluded that there are many riske of Islamic financing formulas and to reduce them unless we limit them by providing guarantees and complying with the terms of the financing contract.
