Résumé: ملخص: بسبب عولمة التشريع تولد عن تداخل "القانون الدولي العام" و"القانون الدستوري" فرع قانوني مستحدث يدعى "القانون الدستوري الدولي". ساهم الفقه والقضاء الدستوري في تشكيله. من أبرز صوره "التدخل الدولي" المتعدد المظاهر. في دول الأزمات السياسية و"تدويل السلطة التأسيسية “فيها بهدف توجيه "هندستها الدستورية"., ومن تطبيقاته الدعوة لتشكيل "محكمة دستورية دولية" لحماية "المعايير الدولية “للحكم الديمقراطي وحقوق الإنسان", تأتي هذه المقالة لتوضيح مفهوم وتطبيقات "القانون الدستوري الدولي" أثاره على دساتير وسيادة الدول. Abstract: From the intersection of “public international law” and “constitutional law” due to the globalization of legislation, a new branch of law called “international constitutional law” was born. The constitutional judiciary has a role in its formation. One of his images is "international intervention".
