تحديد الأجور في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية " دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت عين التوتة- باتنة-"determination Of Salaries In The Algerian Industrial Companies, Case Of The Cement Company Of Ain Touta -batna -

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذا الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الخلفية النظرية للمفاهيم المتعلقة بالأجور باعتبارها تلعب دورا بارزا في حياة الافراد والمنظمات والوقوف على واقعها في المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية من خلال عرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية التي تمت في شركة الاسمنت عين التوتة "باتنة". توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن شركة الاسمنت عين التوتة "باتنة" تعتمد نظام أجر هجين بين نظام الاجر الزمني ونظام الاجر على أساس الإنتاج، كما ان الاتفاقية الجماعية للعمل هي أساس تحديد كل مكونات الاجر من اجر أساسي وتعويضات وعلاوات. This study throws some insight on the theoretical underpinnings of notions connected to salaries, which are important to both individuals and organisations since they help people perform better and be more productive. Presenting and analysing the findings of the field study that was carried out in the cement business Ain Touta "Batna" would help to reveal their varied desires, particularly the material ones, and to determine how they are fulfilled in the Algerian industrial structure. We came to the conclusion from this study that the Ain Touta Cement Company "Batna" uses a hybrid wage system that combines the time wage system and the production-based wage system, and that the collective labour agreement serves as the foundation for determining all wage components, including basic wages, compensation, and bonuses.
