Résumé: ملخص البحث: تسعى التنمية المستدامة إلى الارتقاء ببني البشر من خلال العمل على تحسين كافة مستويات الرخاء الاجتماعي الممنوحة لهم، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق العدالة في توزيع واستغلال الثروات والموارد الطبيعية بين الأجيال الحالية والأجيال القادمة، بالإضافة إلى أن تفشي ظاهرة الفساد المالي والإداري في كثير من الشركات الكبرى حول العالم، ودورها الرئيس في كثير من الأزمات المالية والاقتصادية العالمية، تمخض عن ذلك البحث عن وسائل معالجتها، والتي توصل البحث إلى أن أهمها على الإطلاق هو تطبيق مبادئ ما يُعرف بحوكمة الشركات؛ من خلال ما تقدم تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للبحث عن أثر تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوكمة الشركات، أهداف التنمية المستدامة Abstract: Sustainable development seeks to raise human beings by working to improve all levels of social prosperity granted to them, in addition to achieving justice in the distribution and exploitation of wealth and natural resources between current and future generations, in addition to the prevalence of financial and administrative corruption in many major companies around the world And its main role in many global financial and economic crises, the search for the means to address it, which the research found to be most important at all, is the application of the principles of what is known as corporate governance; through the foregoing, this paper seeks to search for a T apply the principles of corporate governance in achieving sustainable development goals.
