دور حوكمة الشركات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة -دراسة ميدانية لقطاع النقل بولاية باتنة-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة الدور البارز الذي تلعبه حوكمة الشركات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وللإلمام بالموضوع ثم الاعتماد على الملاحظة والاستبيان وبرنامج SPSS لتحليل المعلومات التي تم توزيعها على عينة متكونة من 60 فرد من قطاع النقل بولاية باتنة ، وفي هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي استخدم لوصف حوكمة الشركات والتنمية المستدامة من حيث المفهوم والاهداف والخصائص كما يعتبر منهج دراسة الحالة احد مناهج المنهج الوصفي. خلصت هذه الدراسة الى أن هناك ارتباط طردي موجب بين متغيرات الدراسة وهذا يعني ان لحوكمة الشركات دور مباشر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. The study aims to know the prominent role that corporate governance plays in achieving sustainable development; and to understand the topic, we relied on observation, questionnaire, and the SPSS program to analyze the information that was distributed to a sample of 60 individuals from the transportation sector in Batna Province, We also relied in this study on the descriptive analytical approach, which was used to describe corporate governance and sustainable development in terms of concept, objectives and characteristics, and the case study approach is one of the descriptive approaches. This study concluded that there is a positive direct correlation between the variables of the study, which indicates that corporate governance has a direct role in achieving sustainable development.
