أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة - دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للرخام بسكيكدة- The Impact Of Applying Governance Principles On Achieving Sustainable Development - Case Study Of The National Marble Company (skikda) -

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تحديد مستوى تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة وأثرها على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم إعداد استبيان مكون من محورين (مبادئ الحوكمة، أبعاد التنمية المستدامة)، وتم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للرخام بسكيكدة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى: تطبيق بمستوى متوسط لمبادئ الحوكمة وكذا التنمية المستدامة؛ وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ويتجسد هذا الأثر في بعدي الإفصاح والشفافية، وضمان حقوق المساهمين. Through this study, we tried to determine the level of applying governance principles and their impact on sustainable development, in order to achieve the objective of the study we prepared a two-axis questionnaire (governance principles, sustainable development dimensions), and distributed the questionnaire to a random sample of the national marble company (skikda). The study concluded: a moderate application of the governance principles as well as sustainable development; a statistically significant impact of the application of governance principles to sustainable development, which is reflected in the dimensions of disclosure and transparency, and guaranteeing shareholders’ rights.
