الثقة التنظيمية ودورها في تحقيق الولاء التنظيمي
Résumé: The study aims to indentify the role of organizational trust in organizational l loyalty for the Algerian popular Credit bank-Mila-. In order to realize the objectives of the study; a questionnaire composed of 37 items was designed and distributed to the study sample; which consisted of 45 employees, of which 40auestionnqires were collected; and the data obtained were subjected to statistical processing using the spss program. The study found a number of results; including : There is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level - (α ≤ 0.05) between organizational trust and gaining competitive advantage. - There is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance α ≤ 0.05) between (financial working conditions, trust and security in senior management) and organizational loyalty. - There is no statistically significant relationship in terms of morale (α≤0.05) between(autonomy, employee openness and participation, circulation of information) and organizational loyalty. This study recommends that the senior management of the bank should tackle the issue of building employee trust in order to achieve organizational loyalty, and this is not achieved by an administrative and personal decision, but by improvement. ethical behavioral values and the dissemination of a culture trust and loyalty towards regulators
