الرقابة القضائية على قرارات مجلس الأمن.

Résumé: The Security Council is the political organ of the United Nations in charge of the maintenance of international peace and security. However, this Council exceeded literal provisions of the United Nations Charter, where it broadened the interpretation of the concept of international peace and security. As well as, it sometimes appears like global legislator and looks like a judge at other times. This matter led to raise the issue of subjecting its decisions to judicial review This study aims to discuss the possibility of subjecting the Council decisions to judicial review, through disclosing the reasons of discussing this issue at the present time. Moreover, the difficulties that may impede the Council decisions subjection to the judicial review. Then find the appropriate judicial body they can be undertaken to execute this type of review, which may ensure a minimum level of legitimacy in the actions and decisions of the Security Council.
