Résumé: للتصديق الالكتروني أهمية كبيرة في المجال الالكتروني وتكنولوجيا المعلومات انه يعمل على خلق بيئة الكترونية آمنة، فجهات التصديق الالكتروني تقوم بدور الوسيط المؤتمن بين المتعاقدين في التعاملات الالكترونية، فتؤكد هوية الأطراف وتحدد أهليتهم للتعامل، كما تضمن سلامة محتوى البيانات المتداولة عبر الشبكة وتصدر شهادات الكترونية معتمدة، وأمام الدور المهم لهذه الجهات قام التشريع الجزائري بتحديد التزاماتها والمسؤولية التي تقع على عاتقها في حال إخلالها بهذه الالتزامات.: L'authentification électronique a une grande importance dans le domaine électronique et la technologie de l'information, Son objectif se base sur la création d'un environnement électronique sécurisé pour la transaction par le biais internet, Suite a ce rôle important; de différentes législations ont déterminés les dispositions juridiques des parties de L'authentification électronique.
