حماية الأطفال زمن الحرب في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي الإنساني Protection Of Children In Time Of War In Islamic Law And International Humanitarian Law

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتعالج سبل منع الانتهاكات المرتكبة ضد الأطفال في الحروب، بوصفهم أكثر الفئات تضررا في ساحات القتال، من تشتت عائلاتهم، وتوجيه السلاح نحوهم، وإشراكهم في الأعمال العدائية، حيث تطرقت فيها إلى تعريف الطفل والحرب في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي، ثم بينت القواعد التي قررها كل من الإسلام والقانون الدولي الإنساني في حماية الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، كما توصلت فيها إلى نتائج وتوصيات تخدم موضوع الدراسة. This study deals with the prevention of violations against children in war, as the most affected groups on the battlefield, from dispersing their families, directing weapons towards them, and engaging them in hostilities, Where I talked about the definition of the child and the war in Islamic law and international law, I then explained the rules that Islam and international humanitarian law have decided to protect children during armed conflicts and I reached conclusions and recommendations that serve the study.
