الخيانة العظمى كسبب لانتهاء العهدة الرئاسية لرئيس الجمهورية - دراسة مقارنة بين التشريعين الجزائري والمصري-
Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حالة عزل رئيس الجمهورية بين التشريعين الجزائري والمصري في حالة الخيانة العظمى، فإذا صدر منه تجاوزا للحدود الدستورية المحددة له ظهرت الحاجة إلى تفعيل منظومة قانونية ومؤسساتية تقوم بمساءلته، لذا نعالج معالم هذا الموضوع وخباياه من خلال دراسة مواد قانونية والوقوف على مدى فعاليتها وانسجامها في النص التشريعي. أما عن أهم نتائج الدراسة فإن تقرير مبدأ المسؤولية الجنائية لرئيس الجمهورية يعد ضمانة هامة لعدم إساءة استعمال السلطة. Abstract: This research aims to study the case of isolating the President of the Republic between the Algerian and Egyptian legislations in the event of high treason. Its effectiveness and harmony in the legislative text. As for the most important results of the study, the determination of the principle of criminal responsibility of the President of the Republic is an important safeguard against the abuse of power.
