الآليات القانونية لمكافحة السرقة العلمية

Résumé: استفحلت ظاهرة السرقة العلمية بصفتها مشكلة أخلاقية معقدة ومتعددة في الأوساط الجامعية الوطنية في جل الدراسات والاعمال البحثية، ما جعلها تؤثر سلبا على مبداي الامانة والنزاهة العلمية وعلى مصداقية المؤسسات البحثية، وبغية الحد من هذه الظاهرة السلبية والسلوكات المنافية لأخلاقيات وآداب البحث العلمي والوقاية منها ومكافحتها، تم اعتماد العديد من التدابير الاحترازية كالتوعية الاخلاقية وتكريس اليات قانونية وتقنية كأساليب عقابية لمواجهة السرقة العلمية وحماية البحث العلمي. The phenomenon of scientific theft as a complex and multiple ethical problem in the national academic community has intensified in most studies and research works, which has negatively impacted upon the pillars of honesty and scientific integrity and on the credibility of research institutions. In order to reduce this negative phenomenon and the contrary to the ethics of scientific research and its prevention and control, Several precautionary measures, such as moral awareness, and the establishment of legal mechanisms and penal techniques to combat scientific theft and protect scientific research.
