جهود المنظمات غير الحكومية في مواجهة جائحة كورونا
Résumé: تعتبر المنظمات غير الحكومية شريك دولي معترف به من طرف اشخاص المجتمع الدولي نظرا لتاتيرها في مجرى العلاقات الدولية لما تقوم به من اعمال جبارة لصالح البشرية عامة و هدا ما اظهرته في الوقت الحالي مع الانتشار الرهيب و المفاجئ لفيروس كورونا و الدي لحق اغلب دول العالم و بعد اعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية لحالة طوارئ و اعتباره جائحة سارعت المنظمات غير الحكومية كعاداتها لمد يد العون لمختلف الدول لمحاولة القضاء على هده الكارثة البيولوجية العابرة للحدود الدولية. الكلمات المفتاحية: منظمات غير حكومية – كوفيد 19-مساعدات- المنظمة العالمية للصحة Abstract: Non-governmental organizations are regarded as an international partner recognized by the international community for their impact on the course of international relations and for their considerable aid and contributions to the benefit of humanity, something done with the alarming spread of the Covid 19 virus in all the world. After the declaration of the World Health Organization of the case of emergency, the NGOs rushed to lend a hand to various countries to try to eliminate this biological catastrophe which crossed international borders.
