استقلالية أعضاء السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات في ظل الأمر رقم 21-01

Résumé: قامت الجزائر على غرار العديد من الدول الأخرى بجملة من الإصلاحات على الصعید القانوني، حیث تم التأسيس لعدة قوانین تتعلق أساسا بتنظيم وإصلاح العملية الانتخابية، لما لها من أهمية في التعبير عن الإرادة الشعبية، وهو ما نتج عنه ميلاد السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات من خلال أحكام التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020، حيث عمل المشرع على كفالة أعضاءها بمجموعة من الضمانات التي تكرس استقلاليتهم في مواجهة أطراف العملية الانتخابات، وذلك بالنص عليها صراحة في الامر 21-01 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بالانتخابات Algeria, like many other countries, has undertaken a number of reforms at the legal level, as several laws have been established related mainly to organizing and reforming the electoral process, due to their importance in expressing the popular will, which resulted in the birth of the Independent National Authority for Elections through the provisions of the amendment. The Constitutional Constitution for the year 2020, where the legislator worked to guarantee its members with a set of guarantees that enshrine their independence in confronting the parties to the election process, by explicitly stipulating them in Order 21-01 containing the organic law related to elections.
