دراسة نظريةللتركيب الكيميائي والفعالية البيولوجية للزيت الأساسي لنبتة Bellis Perennis L

Résumé: يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة التركيب الكيميائي والفعالية البيولوجية للزيت الأساسي لنبتة Bellis perennis L، وتم هذا باستخلاص الزيت الأساسي للأزهار و السيقان المجففة بواسطة التقطير المائي بجهاز كليفنجر، ولعدم وجود كمية كافية من الزيت لفصله عن الطبقة المائية أجرينا عملية استخلاص سائل-سائل باستعمال ثنائي إيثيل الإيثر، ونظرا للظروف الصحية لم يتم إتمام العمل التطبيقي، وتم الإعتماد على دراسة نظرية وذلك بتحليل ومقارنة ثلاث دراسات سابقة في مجال دراستنا، حيث كانت نتائج الدراسات متباينة بعد تحليل الزيت ب GC-MS، فالدراسة الأولى أثبتت أن المركبات السائدة في الزيت هي β-myrcene وgeranylacetate وفي الدراسة الثانية كانت hexadecanoic acidو phytol هي المركبات السائدة، كما تم تأكيد أن مركبات Poly acétylènes (C10) متواجدة بوفرة في الزيت الأساسي في الدراستين الأولى و الثالثة. وفي إختبار الفعالية الميكروبية للزيت الأساسي كانت النتائج سلبية على جميع السلالات البكتيرية والفطريات المختبرة .Abstract The present work focuses at the chemical composition and the biological activity of the essential oil of the plant of Bellis perennis L, and this through the extraction of the flowers and the stems dried with Hydrodistillation by the KLEVENGER instrument. And as the quantity of the oil is not sufficient to separate it from the Aqueous phase, we proceeded to the extraction process liquid-liquid using « Diethyl Ether ». Unfortunately, and for health reasons (covid-19 pandemic) we were unable to carry out the practical part, and be limited to the theoretical part, based on the analysis and comparison of three previous studies in the same context, after the analysis of the oil by GC-MS, the results of the studies were divergent. The first study showed that the major components in the oil are β-myrcene and geranylacetat, in second were Hexadecanoic acid and Phytol, it was ensured the abundant presence of the components of Polyacetylenes (C10) in the essential oil in the 1st and 2ed studies In the microbial activity test, on the essential oil, the results were negativs for all the bacterial and fungus series tested.
