Résumé: تهدف الدراسة المعنونة ب: دور الإدارة في تحسين الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة العلاجية في المجتمع الحضري في المؤسسة الإستشفائية بن عمر الجيلاني بمدينة الوادي- إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي:هل للإدارة دور في تحسين الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة العلاجية في المجتمع الحضري؟و ذلك بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية بن عمر الجيلاني وتتفرع منه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:هل تلعب إدارة المستشفى دور في توفير المعدات و المستلزمات المادية والعلاجية لتحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية ؟وهل تلعب إدارة المستشفى دور في توفير الظروف البيئية المحيطة بالمرضى من أجل تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية؟وهل لإدارة المستشفى دور في مدى فعالية الطاقم الطبي التمريضي و الإداري . The study entitled:"The role of management in improving health services in the therapy IC institution in the urban society in: Ben-Omar El-Jilani Hospital in El-Oued city aims to answer the main question:Does the administration have a role in improving health services in the theraptic institution in urban society?and so on in the hospital Ben Omar Jilani branch of the following sub-quesions:Does the hospital management's play a role in providing physical and theraptic equipment and supplies to improve the level of health services?Does hospital management play a role in providing environmental conditions for patients to improve health servicies?Does the hospital's management have a role in the effectiveness of the medical,nursing and administrative staff?
