حكم عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية في ظل أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية

Résumé: ثار الجدل بين علماء الشريعة الإسلامية المعاصرين حول مدى مشروعية عمليات نقل الأعضاء الشرية وزراعتها، مما يصعب معه حصر ما عقد من مؤتمرات وندوات خصصت لمناقشة هذه المسألة، وما قيل من فتاوى أصدرتها المجامع والهيئات الدينية. ويحاول هذا البحث الوقوف على أهم النصوص والفتاوي الشرعية المتعلقة بمشروعية أو عدم مشروعية هذه العمليات سواء من الأحياء إلى الأحياء أو من الأموات إلى الأحياء. Controversy has erupted among contemporary Islamic Sharia scholars over the legality of organ transplantation and transplantation, which makes it difficult to count the conferences and seminars devoted to discussing this issue, and what has been said of fatwas issued by religious councils and bodies. This research attempts to identify the most important legal texts and fatwas related to the legality or illegality of these operations, whether from the living to the living or from the dead to the living.
