Résumé: الملخص: لقد شهدت العلوم الطبية في الأونة الأخيرة تطورا وتقدما مذهلا في كافة أنواعها وتخصصاتها، وهذا التطور بدا واضحا وجليا في مجال عمليات نزع وزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة والخلايا البشرية والذي إستهدف إنقاذ العديد من المرضى الذين كان محكوم عليهم بالموت المحقق، حيث لم تجدي معهم الوسائل العلاجية التقليدية، هذا ولقد تطورت عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة والخلايا البشرية وإرتفعت نسب نجاحها يوما بعد يوم ولعل هذه الدراسة العلمية تهدف إلى البحث في الجانب القانوني بشأن معالجة المشرع لموضوع عمليات نزع وزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة والخلايا البشرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأعضاء، الأنسجة ، الخلايا البشرية ، نزع ، زرع ، المسئولية الطبية. Abstract: The medical sciences have recently witnessed amazing development and progress in all their types and specialties, and this development seemed clear and evident in the field of operations for the removal and transplantation of human organs, tissues and cells, which aimed to save many patients condemned to certain death, because traditional therapeutic methods did not work for them. The processes of transfer and transplantation of human organs, tissues and cells have developed and their success rates have increased day by day.
