The Impact Of Digital Diplomacy On The Performance Of French Cultural Diplomacy

Résumé: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the digital media revolution on French cultural diplomacy practices, and how digital diplomacy can help in promoting cultural communication between countries. This is particularly important, as the success of soft power relies on the promotion of cultural industries, the advancement of knowledge, and the creation of bridges for dialogue between nations. The study also shows the French diplomatic use of modern technology to improve cultural relations with other countries, including the use of social media and other digital applications. The study concludes that French digital diplomacy holds an important position, but it faces many challenges in implementing cultural diplomacy through electronic means
