دور الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي - دراسة ميدانية على وزارة الشباب والرياضة بالجمهورية اليمنية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الرقابة الإدارية، ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي، ودور الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة اليمنية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (90) موظف، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن واقع الرقابة الإدارية الكلي متوسط بنسبة(57%)، وأن ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي الكلي ضعيف بنسبة(55%)، وأن هناك دور ايجابي قوي للرقابة الإدارية في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي، وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة تفعيل دور الرقابة الإدارية بصورة مستمرة ومواكبة التطورات الحديثة لغرض تطوير العمل الإداري وتحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of administrative control, the level of job performance, and the role of administrative control in improving the level of job performance in the Yemeni Ministry of Youth and Sports. study samples were (90) employees. The most important conclusions reached by the study are that the reality of total administrative control is average by (57%), and that the level of overall job performance is weak by (55%), and that there is a strong positive role for administrative control in improving the level of job performance. The researcher recommended the necessity of activating the role of administrative control on an ongoing basis and keeping pace with recent developments for the purpose of developing administrative work and improving the level of job performance.
