Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الرسمي في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال التنفيذيين بديوان مؤسسات الشباب لولاية تبسة، وذلك برصد طبيعة الاتصال الرسمي السائد، ومدى إحساس العمال التنفيذيين بالرضا الوظيفي، ورصد علاقة الاتصال الرسمي بالرضا الوظيفي، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان، وقمنا بمسح شامل للعمال التنفيذيين بالديوان، وتمثلت أهم النتائج في أنه تم رصد توازن بين نمطي الاتصال النازل والصاعد داخل الديوان، حيث أقر أغلب المبحوثين أنهم راضون عن وظيفتهم، وراضون إلى حد ما على أسلوب اتصالات الرئيس بهم، وعليه تأكيد على وجود علاقة تكامل بين الاتصال الرسمي والرضا الوظيفي بالمؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال الرسمي، الرضا الوظيفي، العمال التنفيذيين، ديوان مؤسسات الشباب. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of official communication in achieving job satisfaction among the executive workers at the Youth Institutions Office of the state of Tebessa, by monitoring the nature of the official communication prevailing, and the extent of the sense of the executive workers satisfaction of the job, and monitoring the relationship of official contact with job satisfaction, We adopted the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire, and conducted a comprehensive survey of the executive workers in the office, The most important results were, that a balance was observed between the two types of communication downlink and upward within the office, and most of the respondents agreed that they were satisfied with their job and were somewhat satisfied with the president's communication style, He stressed the existence of a complementary relationship between the official communication and the job satisfaction of the Office.
