Résumé: This study aims to understand the reality of digitization in public institutions and to determine the contribution of digitization to improving the quality of postal services in Algeria,In the theoretical part of the study, the concept of digitization and the direction of electronic management were discussed, then improving the quality of service through digitization,As for the applied study, it was conducted on a sample of Algiers Postal customers in the state of Ouargla. We took a sample of 110 people, and the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program was used to extract the results,We conclude from this study that there is a tendency for the Algerian Post to digitize its activities, and the contribution of digitization to raising the efficiency of the employees of the Algerian Post Company.
