المستوى الفونولوجي لدى المعاق سمعيا الحامل للزرع القوقعي المدمج في المدرسة العادية (دراسة حالتين)

Résumé: Abstract: Our study aims to know the phonological level of the hearing-impaired carrying cochlear implants who are integrated into the regular school by intentional selection of two cases of hearing-impaired children carrying cochlear implants combined with the Khawla bint Azwar intermediate-Biskra- 13 years of age.To achieve the goals, we relied on the clinical approach based on a case study and used A phonological awareness test adapted to our environment by Azdaou Shafiqah, and after discussion of the results, the study revealed that hearing-impaired children with cochlear implants have a good phonological level. And that the hearing-impaired children carrying cochlear implants and their ages of about 13 years do not suffer from phonological disorders, and the results of the study showed the positive role or the extent of the contribution of school inclusion in improving the phonological level of hearing-impaired children carrying cochlear implants. الملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة مستوى المستوى الفونولوجي لدى الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا الحاملين للزرع القوقعي المدمجين في المدرسة العادية عن طريق الاختيار القصدي لحالتين من الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا حاملين للزرع القوقعي المدمجين بمتوسطة خولة بنت الأزور ولاية بسكرة أعمارهما 13 سنة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الإكلينيكي القائم على دراسة حالة حيث استخدمنا اختبار الوعي الفونولوجي المقنن والمكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الباحثة أزداو شفيقة، وبعد تحليل ومناقشة النتائج أسفرت الدراسة على أن الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا الحاملين للزرع القوقعي في حدود عينة الدراسة يمتازون بمستوى فونولوجي جيد. وأن الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا الحاملين للزرع القوقعي وأعمارهم حوالي 13 سنة لا يعانون من اضطرابات فونولوجية، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة الدور الإيجابي أو مدى مساهمة الإدماج المدرسي في تحسين المستوى الفونولوجي لدى الأطفال المعاقين سمعيا الحاملين للزرع القوقعي.
