دور الوقف العام في تمويل الجمعيات الخيرية The Role General Waqf In Financing Charity Association

Résumé: الوقف هو سبيل من سبل البر والإحسان والتكافل الاجتماعي في المجتمع، وهو عقد تبرع بدون مقابل يسهم فيه الواقف في تمويل الأعمال التطوعية الخيرية تقرباً الى الله سبحانه وتعالى، وتتفق الجمعيات الخيرية مع الوقف إلى تحقيق نفس الأهداف الرامية الى فعل الخيرات وأمام هذا التداخل سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية الى التطرق الى إمكانية تمويل الوقف للأعمال الخيرية التي تقوم بها الجمعيات الخيرية Waqf is a way of righteousness, charity and social solidarity in society. It is a free donation contract in which the person who contributes in charitable works as a way of worshipping Almighty God and be close to Him. From what we have studied we have concluded that Waqf and charitable associations realize the same objectives and goals. In light of this overlap, we will attempt in this paper to discuss the possibility of Waqf to be a financial provider of charitable works carried out by charitable associations
