Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على كيفية تحقيق رضا العملاء من خلال الاتصالات التسويقية في ظل جائحة كورونا (couvid 19) على مستوى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وكالة تبسة، من خلال اعداد استبانة في جمع البيانات من عينة بسيطة مكونة من 140 عميل دائم للبنك، وتمت معالجتها احصائيا عن طريق برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS وتوصل البحث الى تحقيق عدة نتائج وتوصيات أهمها أن الاتصالات التسويقية تساهم في تحقيق رضا العملاء. The research aims to try to identify how to achieve customer satisfaction through marketing communications in light of the Corona pandemic (couvid 19) at the level of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank and the Tebessa Agency, by preparing a questionnaire to collect data from a simple sample of 140 permanent customers of the bank, and it was processed. The research reached several results and recommendations, the most important of which is that marketing communications contribute to achieving customer satisfaction..
