Résumé: لقد أدت التحولات التي شهدها الاقتصاد الجزائري إلى التوجه نحو النظام الجديد القائم على تشجيع المبادرات الفردية وتنمية روح المقاولاتية، كاستجابة لمتطلبات السوق و تحقيقا للحاجات الاجتماعية. و قد أثرت الأوضاع الجديدة على المرأة الجزائرية أيضا، حيث أصبحت تمثل أحد أهم عوامل التنمية المجتمعية والاقتصادية فقد اقتحمت مختلف النشاطات، بما فيها مجال الأعمال الحرة فبادرت بإنشاء مقاولات خاصة بها تمكنها من: تحقيق ثروة و المساهمة في دفع عجلة التنمية، و مع ذلك فلا تزال المرأة الجزائرية تواجه العديد من الصعوبات في مجال ريادة الأعمال منها: معوقات اجتماعية و ثقافية، معوقات تنظيمية و معوقات اقتصادية. The transformations witnessed on the Algerian economic have led to a new system based on encouraging individual initiatives and developing the entrepreneurial spirit, response to market demands and social needs. The new situation has also affected Algerian women as they have become one of the most important factors of social and economic development. They have penetrated various activities, including entrepreneurship, and have started to establish their own businesses that enable them to achieve personal and community wealth, but the Algerian woman continue to face many difficulties in entrepreneurship such as: social and cultural constraints, organizational and economic obstacles.
