إدارة العلاقة مع الزبائن ودورها في تحسين ولاء الزبون "دراسة حالة المديرية العملية اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر أبعاد إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون على ولاء هذا الأخير في المؤسسة الخدمية وبالتحديد مدى تأثير إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون في تحقيق ولاء زبائن المؤسسة الخدمية إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 55 مفردة من زبائن وعمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، تم استرجاع 40 استبيان منها، كما تم استخدام عددا من الأساليب الاحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss 20.0 لمعرفة النتائج المتوصل إليها وكذا اختبار فرضيات البحث التي تم وضعها؛ وأظهرت الدراسة وجود ارتباط إيجابي بين إدارة العلاقة مع الزبون وولائه، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لإدارة العلاقة مع الزبون وتحقيق ولائه لزبائن إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة. The objective of this study is to clarify the impact of customer relationship management dimensions on the loyalty of the latter in the service organization and specifically the extent to which customer relationship management has affected customer loyalty. Of the customers and workers of Algeria Telecom Borgala, 40 of them were retrieved, and a number of statistical methods were used and processed by the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS 20.0) to determine the results obtained as well as the hypothesis of the research hypotheses that were developed. Positive relationship between customer relationship management and loyalty. The study concluded that there is an impact to customer relationship management and achievement of loyalty to the customers of Algeria Telecom Borgela.
