التسويق بالعلاقات كتوجه استراتجي لتنمية الولاء للمؤسسة

Résumé: ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التسويق بالعلاقات وولاء الزبائن، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة محاور، تطرقنا فيها إلى لمحة حول التسويق بالعلاقات، إدارة العلاقات مع الزبون و التسويق بالعلاقات كتوجه استراتجي لتنمية الولاء للمؤسسة. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار نظري عن التسويق بالعلاقات، وإظهار مساهمة التسويق بالعلاقات في تنمية ولاء الزبائن للمؤسسة، واستخدمنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي. واستنتجنا ضرورة تطبيق التسويق بالعلاقات في المؤسسات باعتباره توجه استراتيجي يعمل على بناء وتعزيز العلاقات الطويلة الأجل مع الزبائن وتنمية الولاء لديهم. Abstract: This study examined the topic of marketing relationships and customer loyalty through three axes; we are about marketing relations, customer relationship management and marketing relations as a strategic orientation for the development of loyalty to the institution. And the aim of this study is to provide a conceptual framework of marketing relations, and show the contribution of marketing to the relations in the development of customer loyalty to the institution. And we concluded the need to apply the marketing relation in institutions as strategic direction work to build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and develop their loyalty.
