تطوير الخدمات البنكية في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة – دراسة بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية – بسكرة-

Résumé: اقتصاد المعرفة هو نمط اقتصادي متطور قائم على الاستخدام الواسع للمعلوماتية في مختلف أوجه النشاط الاقتصادي. و يعتبر القطاع المصرفي من أهم القطاعات التي تأثرت باقتصاد المعرفة حيث تغيرت كل خدماتها إلى خدمات الكترونية و أصبحت تتسم بالسرعة في الانجاز و الجودة العالية. و من خلال دراستنا هذه تمكنا من تحديد العلاقة بين تطوير الخدمات البنكية و الانتقال إلى اقتصاد المعرفة، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية- وكالة و مديرية بسكرة أن لكل من إنتاج المعرفة في البنوك و تطبيق التعلم التنظيمي و وجود بنية تحتية متطورة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال علاقة وطيدة بتطوير الخدمات المصرفية. Summary The knowledge economy is the economic pattern developed based on the widespread use of information networks and the Internet in various aspects of economic activity. The banking sector is the most important sectors affected by the knowledge economy, where all services have changed to electronic services and are fast becoming the achievement and high quality. Through our study of this research we were able to determine the relationship between the development of banking services and a transition to a knowledge economy, where the results showed the field study at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Agency and the Directorate of Biskra, that each of the production of knowledge in the banks and the application of organizational learning and and a sophisticated infrastructure of information technology and communication have a close relationship with the development of banking services
