ادارة المــــوارد البشرية الخضــــراء توجه نحــــو المعــــاصرة Green Human Resources Management Orientation Towards Contemporary

Résumé: يهدف البحث الى تحديد أهمية وكيفية التحول نحو المورد البشري الأخضر الذي أصبح مظهرا معاصرا وضرورة على كل منظمة، فالمورد البشري الأخضر يستمد أهميته في إدارة المنظمة كونه من يمارس مختلف الوظائف بالمنظمة وهو ما يمكن ان يحقق مختلف أهدافها. وقد توصلت الباحثتان الى ان التحول من طرف المنظمات من مورد بشري تقليدي الى مورد بشري اخضر هو تغيير نحو المعاصر والنمو من خلال بناء منظمة ذات سلوك اخضر او منظمة ذات التزام بيئي، حيث لا يمكن خلق صورة خضراء للمنظمة لدى الجمهور دون خلق موظف اخضر داخل المنظمة، فالثقافة الخضراء لدى المورد البشري او المورد البشري الاخضر من شأنه بناء منظمة ذات التزام بيئي مستدام. كلمات مفتاحية: الموارد البشرية؛ الموارد البشرية الخضراء؛ إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء؛ الموظف الأخضر. تصنيفات JEL: Q52; M54; M12. The green human resource derives its importance in the management of the organization, as it is the one who exercises the functions of the organization which can achieve its goals. The two researchers concluded that the transformation by organizations from a traditional human resource to a green human resource It is a change towards a contemporary administration. And growth by building an organization with green behaviour or an environmentally committed organization.
