Résumé: الملخص: يكتسي التحقيق العقاري في مجال تطهير الملكية العقارية عموما والملكية العقارية الفلاحية خصوصا أهمية بالغة نظرا للدور المنوط به في تعزيز السوق العقارية خصوصا بعد عدم اكتمال عمليات المسح العام للأراضي وعدم نجاعة عقد الشهرة الذي تم تكريسه منذ سنة 1983 إلى سنة 2007 نظرا لغياب الرقابة الصارمة مما أدى إلى ضياع الكثير من الأوعية العقارية الفلاحية، وعلى ما يبدوا أن الجزائر تمشي على النهج السليم بإتباعها آلية التحقيق العقاري لتطهير الملكية العقارية الفلاحية ذلك تحفيزا وتشجيعا للاستثمار الفلاحي الذي أصبح يرتكز على نظام القرض العقاري الرهني لتمويل المستثمرات الفلاحية لتحسين مردوديتها والخروج من نفق الاستيراد إلى تصدير منتوجاتنا الفلاحية نحو الخارج . الكلمات المفتاحية : التحقيق العقاري ، مديرية الحفظ العقاري ، الأرض الفلاحية . Abstract: The property survey in the field of purification of real estate General and agricultural real estate in particular takes great importance due to the role assigned to it in promoting the real estate market, in particular after the delay in the general cadastre on the land and the ineffectiveness of the renowned contract awarded since 1983 to 2007 in the absence of strict control which led to the loss of a large number of agricultural real estate, Algeria seems to follow the right approach by following the real estate investigation mechanism aimed at purging agricultural real estate This incentive and encouragement of agricultural investments which is based on the real estate credit system allows finance agricultural investors in order to improve their agricultural production and exit the import tunnel to export our agricultural products abroad.
