الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته كآلية دستورية لمكافحة الفساد في الجزائر

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى توضيح الآليات الدستورية لمكافحة الفساد في الجزائر، وإبراز الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته كنموذج فعال في مكافحة الفساد، باعتبارها مؤسسة دستورية استشارية مستقلة تتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية والاستقلال المالي والإداري وتابعة لرئاسة الجمهورية، ونركز على تقييم دورها في مجال الوقاية ومكافحة الفساد وتحديد أهم المعوقات الأساسية التي تعيق أعمالها ونختتم دراستنا بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي نراها قد تساهم في اعتقادنا في فعالية واستقلالية الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته - In this article we seek to clarify the constitutional mechanisms to combat corruption in Algeria and to highlight the National Commission for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption as an effective model in the fight against corruption as an independent constitutional constitutional institution with moral personality and financial and administrative independence. Corruption and identify the main obstacles that hinder its work and conclude our study by making some suggestions and recommendations that we see may contribute to our belief in the effectiveness and independence of the National Commission for the Prevention and Control of Corruption.
