الرهانات الإيطيقية في التواصل البيداغوجي

Résumé: يمس تحليل الكفاءة رهانات كبيرة تجليها العلاقة البيداغوجية التي تتيح للمتعلم ، باعتباره مركز الفعل التربوي ، إمكانية التنمية الشخصية الإنسانية الاجتماعية عبر مفهوم الذكاء بوصفه متعددا و عبر البعد الأخلاقي الذي يمنح الاستقلالية و التلقائية ؛ هذا الذي يعيد النظر في التكوين داخل الصف المدرسي ، من خلال تواشج التخصصات التي ظلت متباعدة بفعل الهوة بين المدرسة والمجتمع ، حيث يصير التواصل البيداغوجي ممرا للقيم الاجتماعية والثقافية في الفعل الذي يحتوي المعرفة في شقيها النظري و التطبيقي في انفتاح ييسر التفاعل في وضعيات يسعى اختلاقها طرق التوازن بين الاستقلالية و الاندماج ، مما يضمن تناغما أخلاقيا للحريات. Major issues have largely affected the analysis of skills through the educational relations which offers to the learner, considered as the center of the educational triangle. the possibility of developing his social and human personality through the concept of intelligence which is described as multiple and also through the ethical dimension which allows the autonomy of the learner. All these will allow the focus on training within the learning class, through the interdisciplinarity remained neglected because of the distance between the school and the society. Educational communication becomes a passage which conveys the social and cultural value of knowing how to interact in various situations favoring the autonomy and the integration, which guarantees an ethical harmony of freedom.
