دور الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في مواجهة الإرهاب النوويthe Role Of The International Atomic Energy Agency In Confronting Nuclear Terrorism

Résumé: مما لا شك فيه أن خطر الإرهاب النووي واحتمالية امتلاك الجماعات الإرهابية للأسلحة النووية بقصد استخدامها في إعمال إرهابية أو من أجل الاعتداء على المنشآت النووية للدول أصبح أمر أكثر احتمالية، لاسيما بعد هجمات الحادي عشر من سبتمبر عام 2001 على الرغم من صعوبة التي يواجهها الإرهابيون الراغبون في حصول على أسلحة نووية، أو إمكانية الاعتداء على المنشآت النووية للدول التي تمتلك حراسة مشددة عليها. ولمنع الجماعات الإرهابية من الوصول إلى الأسلحة النووية قامت الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية باتخاذ مجموعة من الإجراءات تحول دون انتشار الأسلحة النووية والحرص على وضع إجراءات دولية لحماية المواد النووية والمنشآت النووية، مما يتطلب تطبيقا صارما لتدابير الحماية والإجراءات الأمنية في أماكن تواجد هذه المواد، لإحباط المحاولات الإرهابية الرامية للحصول عليها. Undoubtedly the threat of terrorism nuclear and possibility of terroristterrorist groups for nuclear weapons with the intent to use it in works terrorist or attacking nuclear facilities to the states it became more likely especially after the September 11 attacks despite the difficulty he faces the terrorists want to get on nuclear weapons on the possibility of abuse on nuclear installations for the countries that own which has heavy guarding over it. And to prevent terrorist groups from access to weapons nuclear the international atomic energy agency to take a set of actions it prevents the spread nuclear weapons and to develop international procedures protection of nuclear materials and nuclear facilities which requires strict application of measure protection and security measure where these materials are located to thwart terrorism attempts intended to get it.
