دور التربية الجنسية في إختيار إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط عند المراهق

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تعد التربية الجنسية وإستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط من أهم العناصر التي يحتاج إليها المراهق لمواجهة المشكالت الجنسية ،و الوقاية من آثارها النفسية والجسمية، وفي هذا اإلطار هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الدور الذي يمكن أن تؤديه التربية الجنسية في مساعدة المراهق إلختيار أنسب اإلستراتيجيات في كيفية التعامل مع الضغوطات النفسية إ ازء المواقف الجنسية ،ولهذا الغرض أجري هذا البحث العلمي على عينة من المراهقين المتمدرسين بالطور الثاني والثالث ثانوي بطريقة قصدية ،وكان عددهم ثالث حاالت )2إناث،1ذكر( تتراوح أعمارهم من 17 إلى20 سنة ، إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العيادي بإستعمال أدوات البحث المتمثلة في دراسة الحالة، المالحظة العيادية ، المقابلة نصف الموجهة باإلضافة إلى تطبيق مقياس إستراتيجية مواجهة الضغوط ألدلر (S.S.I.C: ( Inventaire de coping pour situations stressantes : Norman.S.Endller. (1998) وإستبيان التربية الجنسية المدعم للمقابلة العيادية، وتمثلت نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي: ـــ إن للتربية الجنسية دورا إيجابيا في إختيار إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية عند المراهق إزاء المواقف الجنسية. ـــ تختلف نوعية إستراتيجية مواجهة الضغوط النفسية بإختالف مستوى التربية الجنسية لدى المراهق إتجاه المواقف الجنسية ، حيث أن الرصيد المعرفي الجيد للمعلومات الجنسية عند الم ارهق ي نه في الغالب من مك إستعمال إستراتيجيات فعالة تتمركز حول المشكل، و بالمقابل ضعف الرصيد المعرفي للمعلومات الجنسية يؤدي به عموما إلى إستخدام إستراتيجيات غير فعالة تتمركز حول اإلنفعال والتجنب ، مع اإلشارة إلى مراعاة العوامل الداخلية و الخارجية المحيطة بالمراهق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الجنسية،إستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط،المراهقة.ملخص الدراسة د Abstract: Sexuality education and coping strategies are among the most important elements that a teenager needs to face sexual problems and prevent their psychological and physical effects. In this context, the current study aimed to investigate the role that sexuality education can play in helping the teenager to choose the most appropriate strategies in how to deal with stress For this purpose, this scientific research was conducted on a sample of adolescents studying in the second and third stage of secondary school in an intentional method , and they numbered three cases (2 females, 1 male)at the age of (17,20) years. the study relied on the clinical approach using the research tools represented in the case study , clinical observation , semi Stricter dinterview to apply the Adler Stress Strategy Scale :(C.I.S.S) coping Inventory for stress ful situations : Norman .S.Endller (1998). And a questionnaire on sex and education in support of the clinical interview, and the results of the study were as follows: - Sexuality education has a positive role in choosing strategies to confront psychological pressures of adolescents regarding sexual situations. - The quality of the strategy for dealing with psychological pressures varies according to the level of sexuality education in the adolescent towards sexual situations, as the good cognitive balance of sexual information in the adolescent often enables him to use effective strategies centered around the problem, and on the other hand the weak cognitive balance of sexual information leads him in general to the use of strategies Ineffective Centered on emotion and avoidance, with reference to the consideration of internal and external factors surrounding the teenager.
