دور التربية الجنسية في اختيار استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط عند المراهق دراسة ميدانية لتسع حالات تتراوح أعمارهم من 16 إلى21 سنة بالطور الثاني والثالث ثانوي بثانوية فلوح الجيلالي - مستغانم

Résumé: تعد التربية الجنسية وإستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط من أهم العناصر التي يحتاج إليها المراهق لمواجهة المشكلات الجنسية، والوقاية من آثارها النفسية والجسمية، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الدور الذي يُمكن أن تؤديه التربية الجنسية في مساعدة المراهق لإختيار أنسب الإستراتيجيات في كيفية التعامل مع الضغوطات النفسية إزاء المواقف الجنسية، وتكونت عينة البحث من المراهقين المتمدرسين بالطور الثاني والثالث ثانوي وكان عددهم 9 حالات (4إناث،5ذكور) مابين (16،21) سنة، استخدمنا في الدراسة مقياس إستراتيجية مواجهة الضغوط لأدلر S).S.I. (C وإستبيان التربية الجنسية. وتوصلنا إلى أن اختلاف نوعية إستراتيجية مواجهة الضغوط النفسية يكون بإختلاف مستوى التربية الجنسية لدى المراهق. Abstract: Sex education and strategies for confronting stress are among the most important elements that a teenager needs to face sexual problems and prevent their psychological and physical effects. In this context, the current study aimed to investigate the role that sex or gender education can play in helping the teenager to choose the most appropriate strategies in how to deal with stress For this purpose, this scientific research was conducted on a sample of adolescents studying in the second and third stage of secondary school, 9 cases (4 females, 5 male)at the age of (16,21) years, using the research tools: )C.I.S.S) coping Inventory for stress ful situations and a questionnaire on sex and education, and the most important results of the study were that the quality of the strategy for dealing with psychological pressures varies according to the level of sexual education in the adolescent towards sexual situations.
