دور نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء العاملين

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحسين الأداء العاملين بمؤسسة القطاع الصحي العمومي بولاية الوادي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن التساؤلات ، تم تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات، وباستخدام الحصر الشامل، وزع على أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الذي يقدر ب 30 عامل ، ولاختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على برنامج spssلتحليل النتائج وتفسيرها. وتوصلت الدراسة بأبعاده ( الدقة والوضوح، المرونة و الشمول ، السرعة ، و الملائمة ) يؤثر تأثيرا ايجابيا على اداء العاملين، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظم معلومات الموارد البشرية على تحسين الأداء العاملين لمؤسسة القطاع الصحي العمومي بولاية الوادي بالنسبة ضعيفة" "This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of human resource information systems in improving the performance of workers in the public health sector institution El-Oued In order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer the questions, a questionnaire was designed to collect data, and using a comprehensive enumeration, it was distributed to members of the study population, which is estimated at 30 workers, and to test the hypotheses, the spss program was relied upon to analyze and interpret the results. The study concluded that its dimensions (accuracy and clarity, flexibility and comprehensiveness, speed, and appropriateness) have a positive effect on the performance of workers, and there is a statistically significant effect of human resource information systems on improving the performance of workers in the public health sector institution in El-Wadi state with a weak percentage."
