تقييم و تحليل جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر: دراسة ميدانية بجامعة أبو بكر بلقايد - تلمسـان

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم و تحليل جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر و إبراز مستوى هذه الجودة من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة و طلبة جامعة أبو بكر بلقايد – تلمسان، حيث تم عرض مختلف المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بجودة التعليم العالي عموماً و كذا الأبعاد و المتغيرات الرئيسية المساهمة في قياسها؛ و من ثم تطرقنا إلى دراسة حالة بجامعة تلمسان بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة في جمع البيانات و برنامج SPSS (في نسخته 25) من أجل تحليل تلك البيانات. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن الأبعاد الخمسة المعتمدة في محور جودة التعليم العالي تساهم في قياس و تقييم مستوى هذه الجودة. كما قدمت مجموعة من المقترحات التي من شأنها رفع كفاءة و فاعلية التعليم العالي بالجامعة و المتعلقة بتحسين مستوى جودة التعليم العالي بصفة عامة. Abstract : This paper aims to assess and analyze the quality of higher education in Algeria and to highlight the level of this quality through a sample of professors and students at the University of Abou Bakr Belkaid – Tlemcen. Various basic concepts related to the quality of higher education in general were presented, as well as the main dimensions and variables contributing to its measurement. Then we touched on a case study based on the questionnaire as a tool in data collection, and the SPSS program (25th version) in order to analyze that data. The results of the study showed that the five dimensions adopted in the axis of higher education quality contribute to measuring and evaluating the level of this quality. It also presented a set of suggestions that would raise the efficiency and effectiveness of higher education at the university and improving the quality of higher education in general.
