الحماية المدنية للطفل في التشريع الجزائري (في إطار الملتقي الدولي الأطر الحمائية للأسرة ودورها في إستقرار المجتمع)

Résumé: تعتبر مرحلة الطفولة من اهم المراحل في حياة الانسان، بحيث تشكل منعطفا حاسما فيها، فإما يتم الاهتمام به وتنشئته تنشئة صحيحة وبذلك يفيد نفسه ومجتمعه، او يتم اهماله الامر الذي يشكل خطرا عليه وعلى الاسرة في ان واحد، ولما كان الطفل بحاجة الى الاهتمام والرعاية كونه ضعيفا وقاصرا اولته جل القوانين الشرعية والوضعية بالحماية اللازمة حتى يصبح شخصية فاعلة ومنتجة في مجتمعه. The childhood stage is considered one of the most important stages in a person’s life, as it constitutes a decisive turning point in it, so either he is taken care of and raised properly, thus benefiting himself and his society, or he is neglected, which poses a danger to him and the family at the same time, and since the child needs attention and care because he is Weak and deficient, most of the legal and statutory laws gave him the necessary protection in order for him to become an active and productive figure in his society.
