أخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى الطالب.

Résumé: إن مهنة التعليم هي مهنة ذات رسالة رفيعة الشأن عالية المنزلة تحظى باهتمام الجميع، لما لها من تأثير عظيم في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها، ويظهر سمو هذه المهنة ورفعتها في مضمونها الأخلاقي الذي يحدد مسارها المسلكي ونتائجها التربوية والتعليمية، وعائدها على الطالب والمجتمع والإنسانية جمعاء. فهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أسباب غياب دافع الانجاز لدى الطالب الجزائري، وعليه تمحورت إشكالية البحث حول تبيان طبيعة العلاقة بين آثار أخلاقيات مهنة الأستاذ الجامعي وما يترتب على ذلك من نتائج على دافعية الانجاز لدى الطلبة. Teaching is one of the most fascinating jobs in society, and one which has an important role in the social development. Its ethical framework and norms play a crucial role in improving learning and teaching styles, and by extension, in enhancing the educational system and society. In essence, this research, then, shed light on the reasons behind the absence of motivation among Algerian learners. The statement of the problem addressed the correlation between the ethical principles of university teaching and their possible impactin increasing learning motivation among learners.
